Delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail (standard delivery) and is normally the day after dispatch. Delivery to the U.K. is free.

We deliver worldwide please allow two weeks from dispatch. The cost of delivery outside the UK is only £4.

We aim to have your T-shirt delivered to you within ten days of you placing your order. In the event that this does not happen we will contact you.

If your garment does not arrive within ten days and we have not contacted you please email us and we will investigate.

Currency of transactions

Payments must be made in Pounds UK Sterling or Euros. Payment methods are indicated by the symbols on the home page.

Cancellation terms

Once your T-shirt has been paid for it will be dispatched to you. If you wish to cancel your purchase email us as soon as possible. If your garment has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund you. Once dispatched we are unable to cancel the order, you will only be entitled to a refund if you meet the criteria outlined in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Holt Royale will only refund you for your garment if it is faulty. Please make sure when ordering that you select the correct size. We will exchange garments if the size is wrong, but the purchaser will cover the cost of postage.

Please read the garment care label inside the garment. Refunds will not be made if products are washed incorrectly.
